  • Brief Description:

    This position is responsible for managing its youth-centric co-working space and creating a vibrant community, promoting entrepreneurship and collaboration. The intern is expected to be a self-starter capable of doing the above-mentioned.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    1) Research of start-ups and youth entrepreneurship landscape to understand and deep dive into Relevant stakeholders and start-up network and community locally and globally; Key topics, issues and trending areas; New ideas
    2) Propose 1-2 ideas for implementations further market research
    3) Identify potential speakers or communication medium for outreach and engagement
    4) Co-organise and deliver 1-2 events with Entrepreneurship executive. Can be a supporting role depending on project where the intern will learn and contribute to make the event a success.

Knowledge Management and Research Assistant (Alzheimer's Disease Association)

  • Brief Description:

    This position is responsible for supporting the work of the team’s Research Unit, as well as assist to develop ADA’s Knowledge Management System by performing the listed roles and responsibilities. The intern is expected to conduct semi-structured interviews with caregivers, research data collection (quantitative and qualitative methods) and analyse statistics. The intern will join the ADA Academy team.

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    1) Provide research support to ADA research or programme evaluation studies (i.e. Arts with You programme with National Gallery Singapore), including literature review, data collection, data entry, data analysis, and preparing/ writing reports
    2) Evaluate the wellbeing of persons with dementia through validated tools, and/or conduct semi-structured interviews with participating caregivers to complete assessments
    3) Provide administrative and logistical support (if any) to ADA staff for programme implementation (Arts with You)
    4) Search and consolidate existing and credible resources (for e.g. journal articles, websites of established agencies, etc.) on the latest developments in dementia care, research, and evidence-based practices

The intern will promote productive relationships with colleagues, volunteers and administration. The intern will perform donation reconciliations, drafting correspondences and provides event planning assistance. The intern will oversee print, mail and email fundraising campaign.

    1) Record (data entry to CRM system), manage and maintain all corporate fundraising income and be the main point of contact between the Finance team and Fundraising team

  • Brief Description:

    This position is responsible for content production, which includes livestreaming, video, design to social media channels. The intern should enjoy immersing in creative work and is also willing to accept the nitty-gritty of things behind the fun stuff.
