Brief Description:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team to make an impact on youth’s career and personal development. You will be involved in the development of our business growth strategies and the formation of strategic partnerships. You are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies with considerations to users’ and partners’ needs and evolving trends.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Identifying and researching opportunities for new business leads from a variety of prospecting channels
2) Participate in and support business strategy and development meetings
3) Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new users, clients & partners
4) Communicating with potential prospects to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
5) Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
6) Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails etc) to create business opportunities

Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Volunteer Engagement Support (B2C):
a) Serves as the first point of contact between a Volunteer and EQUAL, representing EQUAL’s brand and directly impacting the volunteer experience.
b) Support the volunteer’s onboarding experience by ensuring a volunteer completes all the necessary steps to sign up as an EQUAL’s volunteer.
c) Train volunteers in the areas of stable maintenance and elderly befriending programs.
d) Build mutually beneficial relationships with volunteers, from diverse backgrounds.
e) Co-design and execute volunteer appreciation and welfare initiatives.
f) Generate and record actionable insights on volunteer performance and competencies.
g) Co-develop compelling and inspiring marketing messages to volunteers throughout the volunteer’s lifecycle journey (attract, recruit, engage, onboard, manage, communicate, and report on volunteer activity).
h) Develop recommendations on both immediate and long-term improvements of the volunteer’s experience and the volunteer’s impact on beneficiaries.
i) Actively seek to interact and understand volunteers’ motivations and skillsets to improve job matching and potential partnership opportunities.
2) Volunteer Partnership Engagement Support (B2B):
a) Serves as the first point of contact between a Partner Organization and EQUAL, representing EQUAL’s brand and directly impacting the partnership terms and outcomes.
b) Attend to the corporate’s inquiries in a professional manner and anticipating their needs.
c) Conceptualize, co-design and execute volunteer programs with partner organizations.
d) Generate and record actionable feedback by corporate partner organizations.
e) Develop recommendations on both immediate and long-term improvements of the volunteer’s experience and the volunteer’s impact on beneficiaries.
f) Monitor and flag potential corporate engagements that need to be followed up on.
3) Animal Welfare and Operations (Stable Maintenance) [First 3 months only]
a) Once a week, 3 hours per session.
b) Mucking and skipping of stables.
c) Pushing/retrieving filled/empty bins to the bin collection point.
d) Assist to distribute hay and water buckets to each of the horse.
e) Grooming and leading of horses will be introduced only after completion of the progressive training.
4) Administrative Support:
a) Consistently update and maintain volunteer databases and records.
b) Coordinate and provide timely and accurate scheduling of meetings and training sessions.
c) Administrative support for volunteer recruitment campaigns and related publicity materials.
